November 11, 2009 – 6:54 pmThe evidence keeps mounting that the murderous cretin Hasan was a jihadist/islamist. I’m not contesting that he was a “dirtbag” loser and a crazy person. It just seems that he was motivated by the radical form of Islamic hate.
It is pretty clear that he was acting on the fundamentalist muslim precept of kill the infidels where you find them.

How did this REMF get off maybe 100 rounds, shoot over 40 soldiers, including many combat vets, and do it all – reloading included, w/o being taken down? I do not believe that we’ve been given the truth about what is known about this murder rampage. as the investigation is ongoing and the trial yet to take place, this is reasonable. But to ask us to believe that a lone gunman did this, and the shooter no Rambo by any means, is asking a lot, and probably too much.
(I served at Ft. Hood, and sat in that theater, ca. 1983-84.)
