When it is ok to talk about God and Jesus

June 15, 2009 – 2:24 pm

An excellent piece describes the ironic hypocrisy of faith statements by the President of the United States.  This information was drawn from the Politico News and Blog site.

It seems our so loved former Shrub of a President was excoriated by the press and caused panic in the leftist sheople pen whenever he mentioned God, Jesus or matters of faith.

Yet we hear no wails about “theocracy” or “keeping God out of government” when the Obamessiah much more frequently invokes the Judeo/Christian deity.  Nor did we when our esteemed former President Bubba Clintoon did so.  Pretty strange?  No, typical media hypocrisy.

Everything, EVERYTHING is nothing but politics to the “fourth estate” these days.  “Unbiased” news is a figment of imagination.  Media have always been partisan.  The difference was they used to be able to separate news from editorial.  Now they don’t even pretend to.

  2. Many of us invoke the Almighty when contemplating the actions of our government – as in, “Ho, God! What did they do now???”
