They charge too much, educate too little, and keep young people in extended adolescence, all the while promoting whack agendas disguised as academics - "Queer Studies" and the like. Add the sports racket (see Tom Wolfe - "I Am Charlotte Simmons" on this), and you have public institutions that could arguably be charged under RICO. (Bad law, but a nice idea, nonetheless...)
