		<description>Most public universities are rackets.  They charge too much, educate too little, and keep young people in extended adolescence, all the while promoting whack agendas disguised as academics - &quot;Queer Studies&quot; and the like.  Add the sports racket (see Tom Wolfe - &quot;I Am Charlotte Simmons&quot; on this), and you have public institutions that could arguably be charged under RICO.  (Bad law, but a nice idea, nonetheless...)</description>
