Un-American Activities OK at Obama’s “Justice” Dept.

The Black Panthers who intimidated voters at a Philadelphia poll last Election Day won’t have to worry about being prosecuted, even though they were videotaped brandishing weapons and a ’60s civil rights activist who saw them said that they were more blatant than their white racist brothers were in Mississippi.  There can be no excuse for political appointees overruling career civil servants to drop this case.  If this decision stands, then does President Obama becomes a de facto racist himself, and does this constitute an endorsement of electoral violence?
Coming on the heels of his nomination of a La Raza member to the Supreme Court, one has to wonder…
