San Diego Tea Party – Tax Revolt Part 2: April 11 at 11 am
March 13, 2009 – 12:47 pmDear Friends: I wanted to let all my fellow agitators know that Our local band of tax protesters has scheduled the next demonstration: 11 am – noon, April 11, 2009 (Saturday) at Spanish Landing Park (by the harbor, next to the airport).

I also wanted to let my good friends know that I have not left them. My computer crashed, and I am in the process of getting a new one that has optimum security features. Therefore, I am using Lipstick Underground‘s system, and look forward to getting back to regular contributions soon!
Before I sign off, I wanted to share with you an article with a quite intriguing name: The Obama Rosetta Stone. Needless to say, as an Egyptophile, the title caught my eye. Below is a graphic and excerpt that I think is most illuminating (it refers to Obama’s current budget proposal):
One finds many charts in a federal budget, most attributed to such deep mines of data as the Census Bureau or the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The one on page 11 is attributed to “Piketty and Saez.”
Either you know instantly what “Piketty and Saez” means, or you don’t. If you do, you spent the past two years working to get Barack Obama into the White House. If you don’t, their posse has a six-week head start on you.
Thomas Piketty and Emmanuel Saez, French economists, are rock stars of the intellectual left. Their specialty is “earnings inequality” and “wealth concentration.”
Messrs. Piketty and Saez have produced the most politically potent squiggle along an axis since Arthur Laffer drew his famous curve on a napkin in the mid-1970s. Laffer’s was an economic argument for lowering tax rates for everyone. Piketty-Saez is a moral argument for raising taxes on the rich.

Get out their and protect the economic future of your kids and theirs. More importantly, everyone who goes should take one or more YOUNG PEOPLE with them. It is very important that they understand how their future liberty and economic opportunities are being threatened.

We must fight evil liberals in Washington and California. What they really want is a Communist Country with a Dictator, and they are almost there. We need to remove Pelosi, Boxer, Feinstein, Reid, Schummer, Frank, and our lying govenator! They are mentally unstable. Do it NOW!
