How come I don’t feel better
March 7, 2009 – 7:32 pmThe Obamessiah’s magic oratory is wasted on me. Today he “sought to reassure us” that his massive spending and collectivization plans will fix the economy.
His “plan” penalizes the very people who create jobs and wealth. It targets the achievers as enemies who “don’t pay their fair share”. If he takes more from them he removes any incentive they have to expand or diversify their businesses. This is so simple any thinking 12 year old would get it.
The old saw remains true, if you want more of something subsidize it, if you want less tax it. Obama wants to give money to those who don’t create jobs or produce anything and take it from those who actually make the economy work.
His caring platitudes haven’t changed his program of collectivization and reduction of economic freedoms one iota.
